………Making the total of over 40 permanent, pensionable appointments by the lawmaker so far in the last 3 years for Toto/ Gadabuke constituents.
Member representing Toto/Gadabuke constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Mohammed Garba Isimbabi, has secured another fresh permanent and pensionable employments to 6 youths of his constituency.
Hon. Isimbabi, SDP, the Chairman, House Committee on Youth and Sports Development presented the appointment letters to the beneficiaries in his office today Monday in Lafia.
The lawmaker restated his commitment to address the plights of his people by reducing unemployments and poverty in his constituency.
Hon. Isimbabi congratulated the beneficiaries on their new roles and encouraged them to approach their work with dedication and professionalism for effective service delivery.
“First, Let me congratulate you on your appointments. What I am doing is taking unemployed youths off the streets to improve on their standard of living”
“You are aware that I have done it yesterday, I am doing it today and by God’s grace, I will do more by taking the youths off the streets for the overall development of our constituency and the State at large” he said.
The lawmaker urged the beneficiaries to be good ambassadors of the constituency in their work place.
“I also want to call on you to take your work seriously and avoid anything that will tarnish your names, your family names and our constituency” he added.
The lawmaker also advised them to go for further studies to acquire more knowledge for optimal productivity.
“I want to call on you to go for further studies, if you have NCE, go for your Degree programme and if you have Degree, go for you Masters Degree among others.
The lawmaker assured that one of his major focus is to ensure that many graduates from his constituency were meaningfully employed and empowered with skills acquisitions for self relaince.
Hon. Isimbabi assured of continued sound and quality representation.
Responding, Mr Umar Yunusa Shaba, appreciated the lawmaker for facilitating their appointments and promised to take their work seriously.
“Today, we are happy, we thank God and we thank you for making our dreams become reality.
“By God’s grace, we are going to be dedicated to our duties and we are going to be good ambassadors of our constituency and the State at large” he said.
Umar assured of their loyalty and support to the lawmaker at all times to succeed.
It was reported that some of the beneficiaries amidst tiers and joy narrated long time experiences at the labour market appreciating the lawmaker for taken them off the streets.
It was further gathered that so far, the lawmaker Hon. Muhammed Garba Isimbabi has secured over 40 permanent and pensionable appointments for the people of his constituency especially youths and women.
The latest cut across ministries of Youth and Sports, Finance as well as Environment among others.
