The Nasarawa State House of Assembly says it is set to conduct public hearing on a Bill for a Law to Regulate the Establishment and Operations of Private Nursery, Primary, Secondary Schools and Tertiary Institutions in Nasarawa State.
The public hearing is to be conducted by the House Standing Committee on Education, Science and Technology.
A statement by the Chairman of the Committee, Rt. Hon. Abel Yakubu Bala gave Friday 30th October, 2026 as date for the public hearing.
According to the Statement, the public hearing will hold by 10 0’clock in the morning at the Assembly Complex, Shendam Road Lafia, the State Capital.
The statement calls for inputs from educationists, relevant stakeholders and the public especially those whom the committee invited officially.
