Arch. Anyu’Abga Jonathan Solomon, aspirant under the platform of Social Democratic Party ( SDP) for Nassarawa Eggon West Constituency in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly in 2027 general election, has rehabilitated a motorized borehole at Ekpon Village, Kagbu ward , Nassarawa Eggon LGA in order to provide water to the people of the community.
Hon Anyu’Abga while rehabilitating the borehole on Saturday said that the gesture was borne out of his desire to ensure that the people of the community has clean water for improved standard of living .
According to him, This gesture is to alleviate challenge of water scarcity in Ekpon and its environ and to change on the lives psotively.
He said that he, who provides water, provides life as human beings cannot sustain their lives without water.
” As you can see, I have rehabilitated the borehole and people of the community are fetching the water
” And this will go a long way in improving on their standard of living,” he said
Responding, the Village Head of Ekpon, Mr Solomon Obile appreciated Hon Anyu’Abga for rehabilitating the borehole and prayed God to bless him abundantly.
He assured him of his people’s prayers and support to enable him succeed.
In a related development, Hon Anyu’Abga inspected 3 block of classrooms and office in ERCC Nursery and Primary school Lambaga South, Lambaga/ Arikpa Ward where he pledged to plaster and floor the block to create conducive environment for teaching and learning.
He said that the importance of education to societal development couldnot be over-emphasized, hence the need of his determination to contribute positively to the development of the school.
Arch. Anyu’Abga pledged sound and quality representation at the state House of Assembly, if given the mandate in 2027.
” By God’s grace, if supported and voted as Member representing Nassarawa Eggon West Constituency in ,2027, I will provide jobs, empowerment and initiate different projects that will have direct bearing on the lives of our people.
” This is to improve on their standard of living and for the overall development of our constituency.
