The Deputy Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt.Hon Muhammad Adamu Oyanki, has called on the people of the state and Nigerians to support President Bola Tinubu to win his second term election in 2027.
He also urged the people of Doma LGA and the state to support Gov. Abdullahi Sule’s preferred governorship aspirant, Sen. Ahmed Aliyu Wadada and All Progressives Congress ( APC) to succeed in 2027.
The Deputy Speaker (APC- Doma North) made the call on Wednesday in a meeting with forum of Political Appointees from Doma Local Government Area.
Rt. Hon Oyank said that delivering APC would enable the people enjoy more dividends of democracy beyond 2027.
The deputy speaker said that he decided to called for the meeting to enable them unite and discuss way forward for the progress and development of the party in the area.
“This meeting is for us to unite and discuss the progress of APC and Doma Local Government.
“As the Deputy Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, I have represented and still representing my people well.
“I have tried my best and performed my duties well as deputy speaker.
“I want to call on us to work together and work tirelessly to deliver President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Sen. Ahmed Aliyu Wadada and APC in the 2027 general elections,” he said.
Rt. Hon Oyanki said that President Tinubu and Gov. Abdullahi have performed well in almost all sectors of the economy.
He urged the people of Doma LGA and the state at large to support Sen. Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, preferred APC Governorship aspirant of Gov. Abdullahi Sule to succeed in 2027.
” Let’s work for the victory of Sen. Ahmed Aliyu Wadada, the preferred APC Governorship aspirant of His Excellency, Gov. Abdullahi Sule.
” It is when we delivered Sen. Wadada and APC excellently in 2027 , that our people will continue to enjoy more dividends of democracy,” he added.
Besides, The Deputy Speaker has officially declared his intention to seek for re-election to represent the people of Doma North constituency come 2027
Responding, Mr Ibrahim S Dahiru, Special Adviser on Education to Gov. Sule and the Leader of the Delegation appreciated the deputy speaker for initiating the meeting and prayed God to bless him abundantly.
” We want to thank the Deputy Speaker for convening the meeting as this is the first of its kind.
” We want to assure you of our support and team work to ensure the victory of APC in Doma LGA come 2027,” he said.
The Special Adviser called on the people of the area to support Gov.Sule’s administration to succeed.
