The Immediate Past Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has played host to Sen. Wadada Youth Ambassadors, a youth mobilisation and support Group for APC Governorship candidate in Nasarawa State Sen. Ahmed Wadada Aliyu.
Balarabe Abdullahi who host the youth group in his residence in Lafia today Tuesday declared full support for Sen. Ahmed Wadada Aliyu in 2027 Governorship race in the State saying that Wadada is a candidate to beat.
According to him, I have been monitoring your activities closely, and I appreciate what you people are doing, I encouraged you to continue in that direction, the mobilisation at the grassroots are very important.
“I will always be their for you people at anytime, because it is our project, collectively or individually feel free to come for advice and guidance at anytime”
“I have a long time relationship with Sen. Wadada, is a personal relationship, he is a friend and political associate, therefore his project automatically becomes my project, we understood each other very well, and we have the same political ideology, we tell you the truth no matter what it takes without hypocrisy”
“In the last election some of us in APC supported and work for Wadada for Senate in SDP, and I never regreted that, what we did was not anti-party but anti-person, because I know is the best man for the job, he has the capacity and he will bring development to our people” Balarabe said.
“I contested election in 2015 I won, I contested in 2019 I won, and I contested in 2023 I won, we know how to win elections, we no the strategy and mobilization, we will deliver Umaisha 100% for Wadada, Insha Allah, we will win in 2027, God gives power and we are requesting from Him and by His grace Wadada will be the next Governor” He said.
“We will secure Gadabuke by God’s grace but the fact that we can’t hide is we have issues in Toto town and we can’t run away from that fact, but by God’s grace it will be tackle in the long run, we will talk to our people and they will understand us Insha Allah and we get there”
“I have being with Sen. Wadada long before his endorsement by the Governor, so this project is dear to my heart and we will do our best to deliver, I therefore urged you to do your best in your grassroots mobilisations, politics is local, is a game of number and strategies” He added.
Earlier, the Chairman Sen. Wadada Youth Ambassadors, Zaidu Aliyu Tanko said the visited the former Speaker Balarabe Abdullahi to identified with him as a political leader in the State that they are looking up to as younger generation and also to seek for his constant advice and guidance for the group to succeed at all times.
