The Renewed Hope Youth Development Empowerment Initiative (RHYDEI) has inaugurated its national structure and unveiled a five-point agenda aimed at mobilising youths ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The National President and Coordinator of RHYDEI, Prince Abayomi Odeniran, disclosed this at the organisation’s national inauguration, swearing-in, awards and fundraising ceremony in Abuja.
The event was themed: “Consolidating Renewed Hope: Youths Standing for Tinubu 2027.”
Odeniran said the initiative would establish a youth mobilisation structure across the 774 local government areas to support President Bola Tinubu’s bid for a second term.
He said RHYDEI planned to establish a “20 Million Youth Votes Project” to mobilise young Nigerians across the country ahead of the 2027 election.
According to him, the initiative will also establish 10,000 youth ambassadors across the states to communicate the administration’s policies and achievements.
Odeniran said RHYDEI would partner with relevant Federal Government agencies to provide skills acquisition, grants and loans to at least one million youths before the 2027 elections.
He said the organisation would also embark on what it described as “Protection of Our Father’s Mandate” and “Operation Show Love to Daddy” campaigns.
The national coordinator said the programmes were designed to demonstrate youth support for the president and communicate what the organisation described as the achievements of his administration.
He urged members of the organisation to take the initiative’s message to communities, markets and social media platforms.
Odeniran commended the patrons, state coordinators, zonal leaders and other members for supporting the organisation’s activities.
He called on Nigerian youths to participate actively in programmes aimed at improving their skills and economic opportunities.
The national coordinator also prayed for the wellbeing and continued service of the president.
The ceremony featured the swearing-in of RHYDEI officials and coordinators, presentation of awards and a fundraising session. (NAN)
