Hajiya Sadiya Umar-Farouq, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has prayed for the eternal repose of the souls of the victims of Friday’s military plane crash in Kaduna State.

Farouq said this in a statement by Alhaji Bashir Alkali, the Ministry’s’ Permanent Secretary in Abuja on Sunday.

She commiserated with the military and families of the victims and urged God Almighty to grant their families the fortitude to bear the lose.

“I received the news with rude shock, it is sad that this is coming just few months after the last military plane crash in the country.

“This is quite sad and devastating. I pray that such tragic occurrence should never happen again,” she said.(NAN)
