Mr David Abuluya, President, Eggon Cultural and Development Association ( ECDA, has decribed late Dr Bala Abaine Angbazo as a promoter of peace and unity while alive.

Abuluya, who is the Founder of Nacabs Polytechnic Akwanga stated this while speaking with newsmen during one Year Remembeance and Thanksgiving Service of an Icon of Peace, Late Dr Bala Abaine Angbazo (JP) at ECWA Church Awayi, Nasarawa State.

The ECDA President said that late Aren Eggon has left a good legacies for his children, Eggon nation amd other Nigerians.

Abuluya, who is also the Chairman, Police Community Relations Committee ( PCRC) Nasarawa State prayed God to to continue to protect, guide and bless the children of late Aren Eggon.

” I will continue to pray to God for the continue repose of the soul of our late Aren Eggon, Dr Bala Abaine Angbazo.

” Our late Aren was a peace promoter, he has contributed positively to the development of the education and other sectors of the economy

“He was a unifier, lived an accomplished and fulfilled life as he has united Eggon people with their neighbours and other Nigerians while alive.

” My prayers is for God to continue to grant his soul eternal rest,” he said.

The ECDA President urged the family and the entire Eggon nation to continue to bear the irreparable lost.

He called on Eggon people and other Nigerians to continue to be law abiding, live in peace and tolerate one another irrespective of their affiliations for development to thrive

It would be recalled that late Aren Eggon died in July 2022 at the age of 89 after a protracted illness.

He died as the longest serving traditional ruler in the state, after he was installed on July 11, 1981, having spent 41 years on the throne.
