A human Right Activist and legal practitioner, Chief Oyo Orji has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari and Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Sen. Adeleke Mamora to do due diligence in the appointment of Director-General for National Biotechnology Development Agency (NBDA).

Barr. Orji made the call while briefing the media on a Court ruling case involving one Mrs Magdalene, a Director of Human resources at NBDA.

According to Orji, the status quo that was ordered by the Magistrate Court in Abuja was not maintained.

Orji suggested that competent personalities should be appointed to occupy public offices and to upload the Laws in the Constitution to which their services are governed by the Public Service Rules.

He also appealed to the media to Investigate the matter and disseminate the right information.
