The immediate past Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi has hailed the judgment of Supreme Court Abuja that reaffirmed Gov. Abdullahi Sule as the duly elected Governor of Nasarawa State.

The Former Speaker, Balarabe Abdullahi stated this while reacting to the Supreme Court judgement affirming Gov. Sule as the duly elected Governor of the State in a judgment that was delivered today Friday.

Balarabe Abdullahi who served for Three consecutive times as the Speaker of the State Assembly congratulated Governor Abdullahi Sule and the All Progressive Congress (APC) for the party’s resounding victory at the Apex Court.

Balarabe Abdullahi who holds the traditional title of Wali Opanda also felicitated with the people of Nasarawa State emphasizing that Governor Sule’s victory is a victory for peace, unity and sustainable development of the state and economic prosperity.

He called on all to set aside their differences and join hand with the Governor to build Nasarawa State for the benefit of all.

He emphasized that the court victory is an affirmation of the people’s mandates freely given to Gov Abdullahi Sule during March Governorship election

He also commended APC lawyers for their good presentation of evidences at the Court which led to Gov. Sule’s victory.

Beside, Balarabe Abdullahi called on the opposition PDP to join hands with Gov. Sule’s administration for the overall development of the state just as he enjoined citizens to continue to pray and support the Governor to enable him delivery on all his good plans he has for the people of the State.
