The Buhari Integrity Group Advocates and Tinubu People’s Network (TPN) Nationwide has appealed to the National Chairman of ruling All Progressive Congress (APC), Alhaji Abdullahi Adamu, Turakin Keffin Yamusa to use the Presidential Campaign Tour to Launch the Party’s long awaited new Agricultural Revolution Template, which President Muhammadu Buhari has laid its foundation and bequeathed as a legacy to his Successor
This is contained in a press statement with the titled “No Farmers, No Nation” signed and made available to newsmen by the Chairman of the group, Mallam Abdulkarim Muhammad Abdullahi.
According to Abdullahi, the title was a popular historical folk slogan since the period of the ancient Egyptian Civilisation, when farmers were accorded the greatest honors and respects; and considered to be the backbone and most influential social groups in the Society.
He further explained that all the famous and great Nations in the history of the world were farmer-friendly.
“No country can survive without farmers, so, Nigeria cannot afford to be an exception to this grand rule.
“However, It is obvious that the outgoing and incoming APC’S Leaders in the persons of President Muhammadu Buhari and by God’s favour and Grace, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, respectively, are men of integrity and Positive commitments to the welfare of Nigerians, especially, the Rural farming Communities.
“The introduction of President Muhammadu Buhari’s “Green Revolution’s Palliative incentives”, such as Anchor Borrowers Loan Scheme and Nigerian Incentive- Based Risks Sharing System For Agricultural Lending, also known as NIRSAL has done well for Nigerians,” he said.
Mallam Abdulkarim Muhammad Abdullahi said he was excited by the pragmatic initiative of an innovatively integrated security ARCHITECTURE proposed by the Salihu Usman Denja of the Tinubu/ Shettima Peoples Network Grassroot Mobilisation Ambassadors, “which has incorporated the involvement of our country’s Traditional Hunters Association as collaborating partners to augment the existing models, which our country’s gallant Armed Forces were positively making tremendous strides in curtailing the menace of Bandits and Cattle Rustlers, through their tactical military skills”.
He added that these were being done with other paramilitary Security Operatives such as the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, Local Vigilante and other paramilitary Security outfits, who have been responsibly and successfully making their tremendous contributions in frustrating, as well as flushing out the criminals.
“I hope, that,the National Chairman of APC will in his usual trademarks of commitments to the poor and needy Rural Farmers’,who have been his most patronised constituents, driven out of their farms since the PDP Moneybag Looters’ era in 2011, will willingly endorse the TPN’s Clarion call, urging displaced farmers to go back to their Farms under the terms and conditions of the new Security Architectural Frameworks, as elaborately conceived, designed and proposed by the TPN and TPN Grassroot Mobilisation Ambassadors Nationwide.
“With the combined zeal and passionate commitments of the APC leadership, the combined enthusiasm, mission, vision and tenacity of purpose to take Nigeria back to its historic status, as a farmers’ county, is a task that can be considered a done deal,” he stressed.
