Mrs Theresa Kaka Danladi, wife of the Rt. Hon. Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Dr. Danladi Jatau, has distributed wrappers and other cooking items to widows, orphans and other less privileged in Kokona LGA of the State.
The wife of the Speaker made the distribution in Garaku, Kokona LGA today Wednesday.
The wrappers and other cooking items worth millions of naira were distributed across all the electoral wards in the area for widows, orphans and other less privileged in the society.
According to Mrs Theresa Kaka Danladi, the wife of the Speaker of the State Assembly, the items are part of her support to the less privileged ones in the society to enable them celebrate the new year with joy.
While calling on the beneficiaries not to sell the items but use them for the purpose they are ment for assured of her continued support for the less privileged in the society.
She then called for more prayers and support for her husband and other leaders at all levels to succeed thus appreciating the people of Kokona LG and the State at large for the show of love and support for her husband and wished all rewarding and prosperous new year 2026.
It was reported that the items were also presented to Councilors from various electoral wards in the area for distribution to the beneficiaries where they appreciated her for the gesture praying God to reward her abundantly.
