…….as Gov. Sule, Nasarawa Speaker, Chun Mada, State ALGON Chairman, others call on his constituents to return him for second term for more dividends of democracy.
Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, has today Monday flagged off the distribution of two and half trailers of NPK 20:10:10 fertilizers procured by Hon. Larry Ven-Bawa, Member representing Akwanga North constituency in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly for the farmers of his constituency.
Gov. Sule flagged off the exercise tagged “Fourth Edition of Hon Ven- Bawa Annual Value Addition Agricultural Empowerment Scheme” today in Andaha, Akwanga LGA.
The Governor said that the gesture was in line with his agricultural policies in order to ensure food security in the state.
“I am here because Hon. Ven-Bawa has demonstrated commitment and love for his people.
“He has shown me that he care about his people. He has done well.
“The only way for the people of Akwanga North to say thank you to him is to bring Hon. Ven-Bawa back in 2027” he said.
Gov. Sule pledged to construct more roads in the constituency and other parts of the state including Bassa road, the route to the village of Nasarawa Speaker.
Besides, the Governor appreciated the people of the Constituency for the support he enjoyed during his APC senatorial election and the just concluded Nasarawa North bye-election.
On his part, Dr. Danladi Jatau, the Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly commended Ven-Bawa for providing the fertilizers to the people of his constituency in order to boost food security.
“I am happy to be here to witness this occasion for the distribution of fertilizers by Hon. Ven- Bawa to his people.
“Hon Ven-Bawa is doing well and I want to appeal to the people of Akwanga North constituency to return him to the House in 2027 ” he said.
Jatau urged the people of the constituency to continue to pray and support Hon. Larry to succeed in his second term ambition.
The Speaker also appreciated Gov. Sule for his good working relationship with the State House of Assembly.
“Your Excellency, why I am a stabilizer is because, it is the only way to make you work and you are doing well
and I want to assure you of the 7th Assembly’s continued support for you to succeed,
The Speaker appealed to the Governor for the construction of Bassa road of his Constituency in order to boost food security and development.
On his Part, Hon. Larry Ven-Bawa, member representing Akwanga North constituency in the Nasarawa State House of Assembly said that he has procured two and half trailers of fertilizers.
Ven–Bawa assured of continuous sound representation at the state legislature for his people to improved their standard of living.
Hon. Ven-Bawa, the Chairman, House Committee on Health appreciated the Governor for his developmental strides in his Constituency.
“Your Excellency, we the people of Akwanga North constituency appreciate you for the construction of roads and other projects.
“Today, I am distributing two and half trailers of NPK 20:10:10 fertilizers to the farmers of my Constituency. Traditional rulers, stakeholders, groups and individuals are also beneficiaries.
“The essence is to ensure food security and to complement your efforts in the agricultural sector” he said.
Hon. Ven-Bawa congratulated Sule on his victory at the just concluded APC primary and Nasarawa North bye-election.
He assured of his people’s resolved to work together to ensure his success in the 2027 general election.
The lawmaker further assured of continued sound and quality representation.
On their parts, Chun Mada, Dr. Samson Gamu Yare, Sen. Danladi Halillu Envulunza, Hon. Yakubu Kwanta, Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. ISafiyanu Isa Andaha, the Chairman of Akwanga Local Government Area and the State ALGON Chairman, representative of the State APC Chairman, all appreciated Ven-Bawa for distributing the fertilizers and for having the interests of his people at his heart.
They said that the gesture would not only improve agricultural activities but would ensure food security in the constituency.
They also commended Gov. Sule for the construction of roads and other projects in the constituency and the state at large.
They further assured Gov. Sule of their peoples’ resolve to continue to support him to succeed in his Senatorial ambition come 2027.
In his goodwill message, Chairman, Sarakunan Noma, Akwanga North Constituency appreciated Hon. Ven- Bawa and Gov. Abdullahi Sule for having the interests of farmers in their hearts.
He assured them of their support to succeed in 2027.
