Gov. Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, has commended the President, Eggon Cultural and Development Association ( ECDA) Mr Mandy David Abuluya for uniting, promoting peace and development in Eggon nation.
Gov. Sule and others gave the commendation at the International Museum Day Celebration in Jos, Plateau State.

It would be reported that the event had the theme, “The Future of Museums in a Rapidly Changing Communities”.
The governor appreciated the National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM) and ECDA for organizing the event towards promoting culture, values and traditions.
” ECDA President, you are doing well,” he said.
Emir of Lafia, Justice Sidi Bage and The Gbong Gwom Jos, Da Jacob Buba, have also appreciated ECDA President for the good work he is doing for the people of Eggon nation.
Hon Joshua Dariye, former Governor of Plateau State and Hajiya Imaan Suleiman – Ibrahim, Minister for Women Affairs, who was represented atvrhe occasion lauded Abuluya for his purposeful leadership.
The Director General, National Commission for Museums and Monuments, Mr Olugbile Holloway, thanked Abuluya for his initiative in promoting Eggon culture towards promoting unity and peace in Eggon nation.
The director general also congratulated Eggon people for showcasing their culture during this year’s international museum day.
The Curator, National Museum Jos, Mr Linus Kingi Earlier, Mr Linus Kingi, the Curator, National Museum Jos, said that the International Museum Day was an annual event observed all over the world on every May 18.
He congratulated Abuluya and Eggon people for hosting the event successfully.

” The President of Eggon Cultural and Development Association ( ECDA) has made this task very hopeful for a fulfilled ceremony,” he said.
Earlier, Mr Mandy David Abuluya, the President, Eggon Cultural and Development Association ( ECDA) said that the occasion was organized in order to showcase Eggon’s rich cultural heritage.
Abuluya, the Proprietor, Nacabs Polytechnic Akwanga and Chairman, Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Nasarawa State said that the event promotes museums and their roles in society, raising awareness about their importance in education, research, and cultural preservation
